Translation
Our lovely home lies near the parish
boundary between Dartington and Totnes. It is one of the loveliest parts
of England, with great natural beauty. We can offer you a spacious en
suite double bedroom with TV and tea and coffee-making facilities; an
organic breakfast with our own home-made bread and conserves (we make our
own apple jelly from a tree in our garden which was originally in the
garden of ‘Christopher Robin’ Milne in Totnes). We also make our own
muesli and use organic products whenever possible.
 We are within
walking distance to Dartington Hall,

glorious gardens, medieval great hall, White Hart restaurant and bar. Each summer it houses the Dartington
Summer School of Music and the Ways with Words Literary Festival

Just down the
lane from the Great Hall is the Cider Press Centre with its fifteen shops, eating
places and workshops. Emphasis is on crafts, kitchenware, food and plants.

We are also
within walking distance to the town of Totnes, the most ‘funky’ town in
England, according to a recent newspaper article. It has interesting shops
and a plethora of restaurants and gastro-pubs, including the excellent
Kingsbridge Inn with its high quality food, also within walking distance
of our home.

Notre belle maison se trouve ( près de la frontière de la paroisse,) entre
Dartington et Totnes dans l'une des plus belles régions de l'Angleterre,
avec la grande beauté de sa campagne, le parc naturel de Dartmoor et la
mer. Nous pouvons vous offrir une chambre spacieuse avec douche ,
toilettes et télévision , le thé et le café sont aussi disponibles dans
votre chambre. Le petit déjeuner vous est servi avec notre pain fait
maison et nos propres confitures. Nous employons les produits biologiques
autant que possible.
Il est possible de marcher jusqu’à Dartington Hall, avec ses jardins
glorieux, la grande salle médiévale et le restaurant ‘White Hart’ (http://www.dartington.org).
Chaque été Le Centre Culturel de Dartington offre des cours de musique et

Vous pourrez aussi visiter « The Cider Press » avec ses quinze magasins,

gastro-pub, sans oublier l'excellente auberge de Kingsbridge avec sa
nourriture de haute qualité ; tout cela a une distance de marche de notre
maison.
